Hey, I had one of those. It was a 1969 AMC AMX with a 343 cu in engine, but I must have been cheated - she didn’t come with it.

I had a work colleague years ago with a Red AMX sporting a 401. I always thought it was the Lame-Muscle-Car-Nobody-Bought, but have since completely come around to my senses. What lovely lines.

The 401s were rare. The AMX was relatively small, and t h at was a lot of engine for a car that size.
